Our co***ny has designed and manufactured a SC2400/200 Internal Single-nip Crown Controlled Soft Calender according to the requirements of Indian customer, which is applied to the quantitative finishing requirement of 230-550g/m2 Coated Duplex Board paper.

Internal Single-nip Crown Controlled Soft Calender. We has designed meticulously and manufactured ingeniously,according to the technical parameters and technology requirements supplied by customer, based on advanced technology, perfect performance, reliable use, good stability,high production efficiency and convenient maintenance and care and provided high-quality soft calender in accordance with the production requirements.
To meet the requirements of calendering and finishing paper sheets, the calendar is configured with multi-nip controllable soft roll and thermal oil heating chilled cast iron roll, constituting a nip. The upper roll is heating hard roll and lower roll is multi-nip controllable soft roll. The heating and soft roll of nip is configured with AC variable frequency motor, speed reducer with transmission shaft driving the roll to rotate;
